Isabel Peralta was born in Bogota, Colombia. She graduated in International Marketing and Finance (BA) with a minor in Italian Literature from the University of Miami, Coral Gables, FL, USA.

In 2003, Isabel capitalized from her International marketing and sales expertise to pursue a highly specialized commercial and residential real estate career in Florida,NY and France, where she is a Realtor. Through her practical understanding of fiscal and legal real estate issues in FL,NY, and France, Ms. Peralta has built a strong local, national and international client base. Wether in France or in the US, Ms. Peralta counts with and expert pannel of local and international lawyers,accountants and notaries and has successfully advised her clients on the acquisition of income producing properties in the areas of residential and retail. Isabel speaks, Spanish, Italian and French. She is a member of Greater Miami’s Board of Realtors and nationally she belongs to NAR- National Association of Realtors, NYSAR- New York State Association of Realtors as well as MANAR- Manhattan Association of Realtors and FNAIM- France's National Association of Realtors.
