I am an experienced and service-oriented broker who leaves no stone unturned when finding the perfect home at the right price for my customers or the ideal buyer for my listed property.

Born and raised on Cape Cod into a family of builders. My father was an artisan bricklayer and my grandfather was the Inspector of Buildings for the city of New Bedford. My first interest was architecture but changed course and came to New York in pursuit of a theatrical career. After thirty years as a downtown inhabitant, I feel I virtually qualify as a native New Yorker. Years of stage experience have given me qualities that have benefited my real estate career: flexibility, improvisational skills, and the ability to really listen to your wants and needs.

I know the value of properties in the current market and understand the process of bringing a sale or purchase to a successful conclusion. Please contact me if I can be of help.

…."You were friendly, professional and sincere in your manner with me. As I have told you, I have done much real estate buying and selling in NJ but have never been more satisfied with a real estate representative as I have with you." ... EM, owner W4th St.

…."I am sure the expectation of your personnel reflects competent quality service, reliability and professionalism. I must say that he comprises all three. It is representatives like Mr. Cook that gives true meaning to merit client service." …. CP, buyer

…."Your ability to assist us in visualizing the apartment we ultimately purchased as it would appear has resulted in our now occupying a beautiful unit." ... AW, buyer W12th St.

…"I would like to thank you for doing such a good job of selling my apartment. You found the right buyer and were able to get an excellent price." …. YG, owner Bank St.
