Marie-Charlotte
was born and raised in the South of France. She attended Choate
Rosemary Hall prep school in Connecticut before entering the
Université des Sciences Sociales of Toulouse. She graduated
in 1994 with a master in international economics and sociology
and accepted her first assignment with the French Government
in the French West Indies, overlooking economic cooperation
with surrounding islands.
From
this administrative and ever evolving background, she maintains
a strong sense of organization and rigorous ethical standards.
Since
returning to the US in 1997, Marie-Charlotte started in the
real estate business in Miami Beach, Florida. She rapidly
became one of the top producers of her company in residential
and pre-construction sales. She is known for her outstanding
negotiation skills and elegant business manners. She joined
Eychner Associates in 2001 and now represents luxury homes
from SoHo to SoBe and worldwide. Beautiful real estate for
