Tonya was born and educated in England and is a graduate of Highfield and The Public Day School Trust London. She graduated with a GCE in English Literature and later attended Otis Art Institute in California for a course in fine arts.

A Real Estate Associate since 1995, she was formally a private investor in Malibu, California, Whidbey Island, Washington State, and Taos, New Mexico. She has since established her ability to represent clients effectively in the acquisition, renovation and sale of landmark estates in Malibu, Hollywood, California and Costa Rica.

A former career in the Motion Picture Industry as a Make-Up Artist, brings a discerning eye for value and potential and an ability to work in sincere creative collaboration with those who she represents.

Tonya is comparatively new to New York but motivated by the density and diversity of so many interesting properties to discover. She is currently a member of The Friends of The Old Croton Aqueduct and on Honorable withdrawal from the Motion Picture Industry IATSE.
