Now that MTV’s “Real World” film crew
has cleared out of its latest locale – a West Village
townhouse at 632 Hudson St. – the owners are in the
process of sprucing it up and renting it out for a very
unreal $38,000 per month.
The four-bedroom, four-bath house seen on the vacuous pop
network was a former chorizo – sausage – factory
converted by its current owner, who bought the building
in the early 1990s.
No one will feel like a stuffed sausage in this 4,500-square
foot place once renovations are completed (by August). It
features a professional kitchen, solarium, river views and
1,400-square foot rooftop deck. The house is being listed
by Martin Eiden of New York brokerage Eychner Associates.
